Google Chrome isn't available for my version of MAC OS X.  However, I was seen quickly by Nathan, one of the Apple Geniuses.  Didn't like the iConcepts mouse too much.  We looked over Activity Monitor and Disk Usage trying to use Installer by Apple, but I need to upgrade to Snow Leopard.  In the meantime, Quesa shows the Exclamation Mark vividly.  The Genius also highlighted Library and System to not mess with those encrypted files.
